Also by RSVPing you’ll have a chance to win prizes and the opportunity to explore the new exhibition “Jeffrey Gibson: This Is the Day.”
In This Is the Day, Gibson draws on his queer identity and Cherokee and Choctaw heritage to make exuberant works that celebrate and explore identity. Weaving together references to drag and ball culture, high fashion, Native American forms, and pop culture, Gibson creates powerful assertions of inclusivity.
